Technical assistance to project management

Organization et coordination of building and public works’ yards :

  • Planning, follow-up and monitoring of construction yards.

Quality system’s implementation on building and public works projects : Quality Master Plan QMP :
  • Assistance to implement the QMP as a central tool respected by each participant involved in the construction of the project.
  • Sensitization of the different partners of the project and harmonization of their methods.
  • Implementation and co-ordination of quality, safety and environmental protection
Quality system’s implementation according to ISO 9000 version 2008 standards or any other reference chosen by the client :
  • Assistance for conception of an internal quality reference in order to improve performances :
  • Reconfiguration de processus.
  • Process reconfiguration.
  • Implementation of an evaluating system and monitoring.
  • Initiation to the international standards ISO 9000 version 2008.

  • Assistance mission for the evaluation of quality systems, execution processes and the conformity of works and the regularity of the administrative and financial management of contracts. On behalf of the CFR (2021).

  • Support mission for the design and launch of an assistance mission for the project management of DPARN1 (2020).

  • Technical assistance mission for the organization and steering of the project of the new Dakhla Atlantic port for the Directorate of Ports DPDPM (2019).

  • Monitoring and assistance mission to the quality of management supervision to the First Bridge in Morocco of guys on the river BOUREGREG (950 m). Mission validated by audits of the project manager. Customer COVEC-MBEC company, on behalf of ADM (2010 - 2017).

  • Assistance Mission Master contractor for the widening of Highway Urban Casablanca 3 * 2 channels. Customer CUC (2012 - 2015).

  • Mission monitoring and technical assistance and quality of management supervision in Rabat motorway bypass (41 Km). Mission validated by audits of the Client. Customer SINOHYDRO-CWE company, on behalf of ADM (2010 - 2017).

  • Monitoring and assistance mission to the quality of management supervision in the project of the great viaduct on Oued Moulouya.

     

  • Monitoring and assistance mission to the quality of management supervision to the section Jebha Beni Boufrah Bypass Mediterranean (60 Km).

  • Monitoring and assistance mission to the quality of management supervision to the highway Agadir Marrakech Section Imintanout / ARGANA section PK 0 + 000/13 + 200 (13 Km).

  • Mission monitoring and technical assistance and quality of management supervision in Marrakech Agadir Highway Tunnel Zaouiat Ait Mellal Section 1 of highway Imintanout / ARGANA (700 m). Customer TECNOVIA Company, on behalf of ADM (2008 - 2010).

  • Mission monitoring and technical assistance and quality of management of PHS Highway Fez Taza 3.1 and 3.2 sections (17 + 19 km).
